How It Works: During our first interview, I listen to you to understand your goals and discuss how we might meet them. When you decide to join Body Complete and before any training, I then do an assessment to determine where you are at the beginning of your training, so we can measure your progress.
Step 1: Assessment Your personal assessment begins with a written health history form for you to complete. This provides information regarding your personal health, nutrition habits, and fitness goals. Next, I will review your health history form, take body measurements, body composition (measuring lean muscle mass to body fat), and test your flexibility and cardio respiratory system prior to your workout. This gives us a baseline on what physical condition you are in and goals that you have in mind for yourself. The assessment is complimentary and takes 45 minutes to complete. We will review your results with you on your follow up appointment.
Step 2: Setting Up a Schedule Once you have taken that first step to hire a trainer and have completed the assessment, you are on your way to a healthier, stronger you! Following your first meeting (the 45 minute assessment), you will then schedule your training sessions. You have the option of half hour or hour long sessions.
