Have you ever felt unsafe - walking on the street alone, leaving work after dark, on an elevator with a stranger? Join us for this 2 hour hands-on course that will teach you basic striking and blocking techniques, basic self defense hand to hand application, and safety strategies.
Shihan Jon Pinault is a 7th degree black belt in Sullivan’s American Kenpo and Nick Cerio’s Kenpo Karate. He is the owner of USA Karate in Lincoln and has been teaching marital arts and self defense for 22 years.
This program is safe for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience.
