10 Reasons Why You Should Hire a Personal Trainer

Body Complete provides one-on-one and small group training in a non-competitive and non-intimidating atmosphere in a quiet, private setting. I provide quality health fitness for women of all ages, whether you are new to fitness or lifelong fitness enthusiast. I will design a program to meet your specific needs in a safe, effective, and nurturing environment.
1. Accountability. Accountability plays the most important part in which makes our programs very successful in helping you reach your goals. Being held accountable by someone other than yourself helps you maintain the consistency required to transform your body.
2. Motivation. Body Complete's certified trainers serve as your personal coaches, supporting you every step of the way.
3. Customization. Trainers begin with the specific needs of each individual — starting fitness level, lifestyle, time constraints, personal goals, and exercise preference. Each training program is as unique as the person.
4. Fast Results. Studies show people achieve 30% faster with a qualified trainer. A trainer can show you how to maximize your time in the gym.
5. Break Through Your Plateau. Many women suffer from plateau syndrome. Our trainers can help you reach new levels of health and fitness that you never dreamed possible.
6. Build a Long-Lasting Body. Lack of an effective strength training program is a very common issue and can be one of the biggest mistakes a woman can make. Body Complete trainers can develop a functional program that complements your cardio routine to maximize fat burn, develop lean muscles, and provide strong bones and joints — building a body that will perform better and last longer.
7. Nutritional Coaching. Nutrition plays a vital role in developing overall health, well being, lean muscles and achievement toward many different goals.
8. Confidence. The gym can be intimidating. Working with a trainer allow you to become confident with how to perform exercises. Even better, an ego boost during exercise can promote self-confidence and self-efficiency, which can help you with your exercise program over the long term.
9. It's Educational. One of the primary reasons that someone should have a personal trainer is that they are trained in teaching others how to exercise. Exercise in itself is only part of fitness, with nutrition and lifestyle playing an essential role in the overall picture. Education when performing exercises is essential in reducing risk of injury!
10. Fun. Believe it or not, exercise can be enjoyable and fun. Group or buddy training can be a great way to increase enjoyment. And simply working with a trainer who you like and respect can be enough to provide you with more gratification from your workouts!
