Accountability plays the most important part in which makes
our programs very successful in helping you reach your goals. Being held accountable by someone other
than yourself helps you maintain the consistency required to transform your
body.
At Body Complete we wear many coaching hats, suitable in helping you with
weight loss, nutritional counseling, reduction in body fat, flexibility and
overall health and well-being.

Your Personal Assessment begins with a written health
history form. This provides
information regarding your personal health, nutrition habits, and fitness
goals. Next your trainer will
review the health history form with you, take body measurements, body
composition (measuring lean muscle to body fat), test your flexibility and
cardio respiratory system prior to your workout. This gives us a baseline on what
physical condition you are in and goals that you have in mind for yourself. The assessment is complementary and
takes 45 minutes. We will review
your results with you on your follow up appointment.


Personal training services are available by appointment
only. They are scheduled based on
the day and evening time desired. Please arrive on time. Your
appointment is exactly 1 hour or 30 minutes. If you are late, your session time will
be reduced.

The appointment date and time you select will be reserved
especially for you. All
cancellations received less than 24 hours will be charged unless rescheduled
within a week’s time.
